Our Executive Coaching program empowers senior executive leaders to lead in a volatile, ambiguous, and hyper connected world. To lead in today’s era of relentless disruption, leaders require future proofed capabilities which help them and their organizations to grow and thrive. Our Executive Coaching Program aims to develop a pipeline of high potential executives with capabilities that go beyond functional skills to include skill sets and toolkits which empower them to drive performance, innovation, and organizational agility required to thrive in fast changing world. The program runs a series of group coaching sessions which are held throughout the year. The program also offers the 6-month Executive Leadership Development Program which provides competences based coaching for leading in a new world of disruption.
