The Future Ready Women’s Executive Workshop Series
The Future Ready Women’s Executive Workshop Series is designed for middle to senior level executives who are on a trajectory of advancement within their organization. The series empowers high potential women leaders to become future ready high impact leaders who can drive performance, innovation and results in their organizations.

The Women Corporate Directors (WCD) Group Workshop Program
This highly customized program to corporate director training provides high potential and distinguished women the skills and competences needed to be effective board members and the tools needed for landing a seat at the table. The program provides participants with the skills needed to develop a deep understanding of board responsibilities and how to position themselves for board leadership. The WCD-Board Room Ready Workshop Series features one-on-one interaction with experienced directors and board advisors. The program is designed to be highly collaborative to create learning opportunities which connect the participants with board opportunities.

The Women’s Executive Leadership Development Program
The Women’s Executive Leadership Coaching Program is 6 month experiential program designed for senior level women seeking to accelerate their impact on their teams, organizations and the larger societies in which they function. The program is designed for high achieving women executives who want to have more impact on their organizations and careers. The program is an exploratory results focused experience which explores the issues faced by high achieving women executive seeking to go the next level in their leadership journey.
