Our practice areas each work with individuals and organizations to realize our mission of advancing human progress through high impact leadership and innovation.
THE CORPORATE PRACTICE
Our corporate practice is a dedicated resource which seeks to partner with ambitious corporations and companies to unlock their innovation potential. We work with corporates in a variety of sectors to help them embed disruptive thinking and explore how they can pursue innovation in bold and ambitious ways. Our work is focused on supporting companies to accelerate towards innovation and talent driven companies which future ready. At the same time, we help the companies to develop the pipeline of leaders who can help them to drive their company’s innovation mandates.
THE ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION PRACTICE
Our entrepreneurship and innovation practice seeks to unlock the power of entrepreneurship and innovation to catalyze human progress. The practice has a duo focus on instigating entrepreneurial innovation to tackle systemic challenges and building the leadership capabilities of today’s current and emerging entrepreneurial leaders to drive change. Our program is a high touch immersion which provides high potential entrepreneurs with the tools, networks, and frameworks with which they can build high impact ventures which have the potential to drive transformation and to impact people’s lives.
THE PUBLIC SECTOR PRACTICE
At no other time has the need for innovation in the public sector been more pronounced than today. Geopolitics, technological disruption, the energy transition, digitization, AI, robotics, migration, climate change, sustainability, pandemics, and globalization among other forces are all working to exert unprecedented pressures on governments and public sector agencies globally to rethink how they position themselves to deliver critical public goods and services. At the same time, public sector executives and officials are being called upon to expand their tool box of skills to better manage the disruptions of today and the future. Our Public Sector Practice works with governments, public sector organizations, government departments, state owned corporations, investment promotion agencies, research bodies and other public sector focused organizations to harness the potential of public sector led innovation. The practice also works with the public sector agencies to embed innovation within public sector bodies. Also our agency works with the next generation of high potential and future ready public sector leaders.
THE GENDER PRACTICE
Our gender practice dedicated to developing high impact women leaders in the entrepreneurial, corporate, social, and public sectors. The gender practice works to develop a pipeline of high impact future ready women leaders who will drive change in their various areas of work.
THE HUMAN POTENTIAL AND WELLNESS LAB
The Disruption Agency’s human potential and wellness lab supports individuals and companies to develop and achieve their full human potential. Our practice seeks to achieve total human optimization and performance through a wellness lens. We combine cutting edge-science based methods and a whole life perspective to help our clients achieve their career and business objectives in way that balance their total wellbeing. Our work seeks to help clients to pursue business and professional lives which are characterized by purpose and clarity of intent. We extend our work to help clients live beyond business performance metrics to focus on the larger objectives of inspiration and purpose.
Wellness is foundational to achieving success. Many individuals and organizations prioritize “doing well” over “being well”. Success and peak performance are interconnected. These aspects of human achievement are influenced by biological, psychological, spiritual, social, and environmental factors. Understanding the biological determinants of success and peak performance involves recognizing how the various physiological processes in the body impact mental (cognitive), physical and overall well-being. The Disruption agency takes an integrated and holistic approach to building high impact leaders. Through our human potential and wellness lab, we work to build high potential leaders by equipping them with science based wellness solutions designed to optimize their wellness to position them for high impact leadership.
